Does this strike anyone else as wrong?!?! The credit card company is worried that you will file bankruptcy and they will lose all the money you owe them. In an effort to get paid something even at a discount they are encouraging you to take on more debt with another credit card company to pay them off. This is an embarrassment and totally fraudulent.
